Position Summary
Our Quick Coupling Division is looking for a Sales Manager to help support growth of product sales through direct sales efforts, spanet programs, and leadership of field sales personnel. This role supervises sales personnel and coordinates sales activity and will work through various channels such as direct customers and distribution. This role will report to the Division Marketing & Sales Manager.

Parker’s Quick Coupling Division is the largest manufacturer of quick couplings in the world. A quick coupling is used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid or gas transfer lines. Our plants provide critical equipment for many different industries including Agriculture, Construction, and Data Processing.
Responsibilities
- Leads sales efforts for assigned product lines to insure growth and profitability of the product lines.
- Provides leadership and guidance to field sales entities for division products.
- Facilitates training programs and promotional programs for the products he/she is responsible for.
- Keeps informed on competitive products, pricing and new product development.
- Identifies target spanets/applications for division products.
- Is knowledgeable about industry economic and technological trends in target spanets.
- Keeps management informed of competitive and spanet issues via monthly reports and other specially requested reports.
- Must continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.

Qualifications
- Four (4) year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) years in selling/spaneting position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Travel up to 50

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $105700 to $185000 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
