Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Minimum Experience
- Must be, or have been, a Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified helicopter pilot or have been a TH-57 simulator instructor within the preceding five (5) years.
- A qualified candidate shall have a minimum of one (1) deployed fleet tour, eight hundred (800) flying hours in any helicopter, and a bachelor’s degree.

- Fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to interface with students and provide on-the-spot remediation, or determine other courses of action, as necessary.
- Possess basic knowledge of personal computers and software applications, such as word processing applications, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Successfully accomplish an annual internal standardization evaluation.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to sit, use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The teammate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The teammate must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
