Job Description:
As the Director of Operations, you will oversee and manage all operational aspects of part 91 & part 135 flight operations for our aircraft. You will be ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with FAA regulations. You will lead a dedicated team, develop, and implement strategic plans, optimize operational processes, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, managing budgets, bidding contracts, and monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. A focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high safety standards is paramount. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record in managing complex operations within the aviation sector.
To qualify for this position, you must Meet all Requirements of 14CRF119.71 DO
Must have Fixed Wing experience in at least some of the following: Piper PA-46 Meridian, Beechcraft King Air 100/ 200 and Cessna CJ3 series aircraft.
