Job Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft preparation, painting, and detailing under minimal supervision.
- Apply stripper, sanding, prep for paint, and other detail work.
- Ensure all painting tasks are completed to high standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of aircraft painting and prepping experience required
- Experience in paint prep, industrial painting, and electrostatics.
- Skills in sanding, blasting, and powder coating.
- Experience from aviation, industrial, shipyard, automotive, and/or commercial
Work Environment:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside other painters. The role requires flexibility to work on either a 1st and 2nd shifts and mandatory weekends. You will report directly to the Shop Supervisor.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00
