We are a global air cargo logistics leader and a best-in-class ground handling partner. We are seeking dedicated warehouse workers to join our team. The role involves handling cargo containers, moving boxes, repacking cargo containers for distribution, and loading them onto planes.
Responsibilities
- Repack cargo containers for distribution.
- Move boxes and cargo containers.
- Assemble and break down boxes.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Stand on feet for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Perform inventory tasks in the warehouse.
Essential Skills- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to lift 30-70 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- No prior experience required.
- Experience with freight, forklift operation, picking, sorting, packing, packaging, and RF scanners is a plus.
- Steel-toed boots covering the ankle are required.

Work Environment
The role is based in a warehouse at the airport, operating 24 hours a day. Candidates must be open to working various shifts, including early mornings and late evenings. Shifts change every three months based on the plane schedule. The work environment includes indoor and outdoor tasks in various weather conditions. Overtime may be required as business demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
