Job Description

Join a global leader in air cargo logistics and ground handling. We are looking for dedicated individuals to be part of our team, ensuring efficient movement and distribution of cargo at our facility.

Responsibilities

• Unload cargo containers and repack them for distribution and loading onto planes.
• Work in a team environment to ensure smooth operations.
• Stand on your feet throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Assemble and break down boxes as needed.
• Move materials and manage inventory within the warehouse.

• No prior experience needed.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to lift 30-70 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Experience with freight, forklift operation, picking, sorting, packing, and packaging is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is beneficial.
• Steel-toed boots are required (must cover the ankle).
• Must be willing to submit to a TSA/Homeland Security background check and a non-DOT drug screen.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse environment at the airport, unloading aircraft and categorizing products. This is a 24-hour operation, with shifts primarily during early mornings and late evenings. Be prepared for shift changes every few months based on plane schedules. Overtime may be required depending on business needs. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizon

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
