Joining the Finance Team as a Treasury Executive you will collaborate with the Treasury activities within TUI Global Business Services to provide a high level of service and support to the internal customer. The Payment Factory is part of the TGBS Treasury team, which is a Global team covering all the payment activities of the TUI Group using SAP. This also includes the activities as part of the Group’s In House Bank.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Preparation and execution of automatic payments
- Prepayments and manual ad-hoc payments.
- Accounting of banking expenses and commissions.
- Review and modification of the payment types and bank accounts.
- Assisting the Treasury Team Lead, your role will include executive tasks in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Tasks include: KPI´s report, Payment Monthly Report, as well as supporting and providing Treasury documentation to TGBS team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems under supervision.
- Working on tasks across the wider Payment Factory team, working on multiple Group entities.
- Day to day query resolution.
ABOUT YOU
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory. Any additional language, such as Spanish and German advantageous
- A methodical, organised approach to the execution of assigned tasks.
- Proficient in using MS Outlook and strong MS Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP advantageous
- Experience in similar position minimum of 1 year developing Treasury matters
