1. Designs and delivers effective and timely training programs to meet business and operational needs in accordance with the Air Arabia strategy and priorities, and in such a way that it is implemented in practice. Can apply the 70 20 10 model.
2. Provides mandatory Initial, Conversion/Differences, Recurrent, and Refresher Training on Customer Experience, supervises the progress of their performance and generates reports to management accordingly.
3. Conducts “Leadership & Supervisor” and tailor-made training courses on demand, One-To-One coaching and provides continuous guidance and support to staff to inspire them achieve best results in their area.
4. Can identify learning needs by doing a proper learning needs analysis with Senior Business Stakeholder. Can translate this analysis to the right Development interventions. Is able to present the proposed learning solutions to key stakeholders.
5. Contributes to the creation and updating of questions databank to be used in the selection exams. Ensures safety and readiness of facilities, equipment, tools as well as tests and results.
6. Facilitates to new joiners and new managers an effective Induction Program, provides guidance and support to new hires and managers, to ensure readiness in their roles.
7. Supports other Hubs and Air Arabia group companies in delivery of training programs as and when required; conducts training courses to “Third Parties” as per approved SLAs and contracts when and as needed.
8. Partners with line managers to develop post-training action plans to evaluate and measure the
effectiveness of training/learning in terms of content, delivery, as well as implementation in the work-place, all with emphasis on performance metrics including behavioural change and business results. Can apply Kirkpatrick methodology in practice.
9. Uses e-learning and new learning tools as an added method of designing effective learning for the target audience. Makes decisions on the right delivery method. Uses the Learning Management System (LMS) and other related platforms as part of the learning intervention.
10. Performs any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
