Who are we you may ask...
Unlike other start-ups, we didn’t start in a garage or a uni dorm. Teleport was spun off from the cargo department of the world’s best low-cost airline, AirAsia.
Incorporated as RedCargo Logistics on 13th March 2018, we rebranded to Teleport a year later enabling us to expand and create opportunities beyond cargo and AirAsia.
We are in the business to provide speed in logistics and the concept of “teleportation” came to mind. It was either Teleport or A2B - thankfully we agreed on the former (phew).

What do you need to get in the programme?
Ideally, you should have a strong interest in business and management with adaptability to deliver in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment. A can-do attitude even if its uncharted territory and most importantly the willingness to learn.
Technically, you will need to have at least an undergraduate degree in any discipline as a start. We are also open to applicants who have less than two years of working experience.
What would a day in the life of a Teleporter look like?
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Execute various internal and external analyses to help drive decision-making and organizational execution
Support preparation of presentations for discussion at various levels of the organization
Support the development of strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data analysis
Work collaboratively with various groups to develop concepts / tools / insights / a solution to a problem
Form working relationships with people across groups, and leverage those relationships to drive your problem-solving
Manage multiple project timeline and milestones incl. manage pilot implementations of new initiatives
