ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAMFor our CCM division, we are looking for a Technology Coordinator to be based fully onsite in Truccazano.
This role is key to strengthening the day-to-day coordination of technological activities, particularly in the electrical and PLC software areas, which currently require more structured oversight and alignment.
You will act as a central point of coordination across technical teams and corporate functions, ensuring workload balance, compliance, innovation, and operational efficiency. The role combines technical expertise with organizational and cross-functional coordination responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO· Assess team capabilities and workload distribution
· Organize work efficiently and evaluate potential outsourcing during workload peaks
· Interface and synchronize activities with other corporate functions
· Drive technological innovation initiatives
· Contribute to research and development activities
· Ensure product compliance with applicable standards and regulations
· Manage testing and certification of electrical and electronic components
· Coordinate installations and support business operations related to technology implementation
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS· Degree in Electronic Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination roles within the electrical/electronic sector
· Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLC software
· Experience managing testing and certification processes
· Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
· Fluent in English and French
