Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a polished, customer‑focused Server / Lounge Attendant to support guests in an exclusive airport lounge at SFO. This role is ideal for someone who excels in hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys delivering high‑quality service to premium clientele.

As a Server / Lounge Attendant, you will:

• Greet, seat, and engage with lounge guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly
• Provide elevated customer service for VIP travelers, frequent flyers, and corporate members
• Address guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with poise and efficiency

• Set up, maintain, and refresh buffet areas, beverage stations, and self‑service sections
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks (where permitted)
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the shift
• Follow proper sanitation and food‑handling guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
• Buss and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, glassware, utensils, and service items
• Support team members to ensure smooth lounge operations

• Follow all airport, company, and health department policies
• Adhere to TSA and SFO security procedures

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience (hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or lounge preferred)
• Active food handler’s certification — or willingness to obtain immediately
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional guest experience
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass required airport security/background checks

The pay range for this position is $23.96 - $23.96/hr.
