As the Security Trainer, you will support delivering, training, and administration for airport services department and associated work groups. In addition, you will support the administration of company personnel training, while ensuring compliance to security programs, fielding of security technology, conduct TSA security inspection administration, monitor security technology programs, and create documentation supporting operations. You will need to maintain an on-call status during off duty hours for screening of security related events and investigation initiation in support of the Director of Security and respond to security inquiry requests including 24/7 Security Hotline as needed. You will ensure all security technology training is in compliance with internal policies and procedures and consult with all Crewmember work groups on security related and program training briefings.

Fine Print
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (essential requirement)
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or legal field (essential requirement)
- 1-2+ years of progressive experience in a safety or security regulatory program management environment (essential requirement)
- Previous experience with security technology devices such as ETD, X-Ray, and WDS (essential requirement)
- Working knowledge of aviation security regulations including AOSSP, TFSSP, and PCSSP (essential requirement)
- 121 and 135 regulatory experiences (essential requirement)
- Demonstrated project management, leadership, and persuasive speaking abilities (essential requirement)
- Ability to gain and maintain trust with all levels of the organization (essential requirement)
- Strong written, verbal, and executive level presentation skills (essential requirement)
- Travel up to 50 (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $60,000 - $65,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
