Job Description:
We are now looking for a Purchasing Business Improver to join our Procurement team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission:
Position Summary: The Indirect Procurement Purchasing Business Improver launches quality / improvement projects to ensure that the right training is provided to the Purchasing Teams for the fulfillment of KPIs in regards to their activities.
Essential Functions:
Initiate improvement projects
Support / initiate automatization projects
Focal point to process & tools department
Providing training and awareness session
Communication with team leaders, delivery lead and internal stakeholders (Commodity buyers, process & tools department)
Organize and lead performance review meetings
Organize and lead process trainings / reviews
Use of other specific tools (Coupa, data visualization and reporting tools such as Big Data, Qlik Sense...)
Analyse results of internal audit and improve knowledge base
Training of newcomers
Additional Responsibilities:
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
1-3 years experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement
1-3 years experience in Data Analysis
Communication skills
Be customer focused, understand priorities &61; knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
A degree in in Engineering, Business or Procurement and/or data related field is a plus
Fluent in English (negotiation level)
