Description:This position requires a Final Secret clearance.
The position is located at the Lockheed Martin Space Systems Facility in Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will serve as an Industrial Program Security Representative. The successful candidate will have some knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and applicable contractual and customer requirements as applicable.
Day to day job requirements include:
- Supporting classified area operations including inventory, personnel, access requests, visitor request, inspections, media control and movement and other tasks as defined by program needs.
- Providing policy guidance research, and classification administration.
- Supporting various program meetings with various host and locations.
- Supporting a team environment with multiple security disciplines.
- Identifying and supporting internal and external customer needs and incorporating them into business processes.
Candidate must be dedicated; capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal relations, and problem-solving skills are required. Candidate will be required to identify areas of concern and raise issues to stakeholders as appropriate. Candidate will participate as a member of a dynamic Security team and require willingness to cross train and support other programs as needed.
This position requires the willingness and ability to travel less than 10 of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Secret Clearance
- Industrial Security experience
- Knowledge of 32 CFR 117, NISPOM
- Document Control experience

- SharePoint Experience
- Working knowledge of DD254s
- Experience with DISS, SIMS, and Intrusion Detection Systems, and Access Control Systems
- Prior or current experience as a FSO, AFSO, or Industrial Security Rep
- Experience changing GSA approved locks on containers and Open Storage Areas

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
