Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services Sector is looking for a Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst. This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality and Manufacturing business processes
  • BOM Development/Maintenance, SAP MRP/Inventory Management, and Quality Management knowledge and proficiency is desired
  • Delivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platform
  • Supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives
  • Duties with SAP/SmartMES including requirement analysis, configuration, realization, testing, post-implementation support, training, and knowledge transfer
  • Supports recurring/existing customer base and new project initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 5 years of experience is required; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 3 years’ experience.  In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education
  • Must have experience leading or working on cross functional teams/IPT’s and individuals
  • Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning MRP, procurement, shopfloor and reporting/analytics activities
  • Exposure to aspects of project management
  • Experience with interfacing SAP with PLM systems to include TeamCenter and Windchill
  • Must have SAP S4 HANA configuration experience in Manufacturing and Logistics
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Ability to directly work with business process experts
  • 2-3 full life cycle SAP project implementations
  • Experience working in a Global Company Structure and supporting work hours as dictated by global operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/HANA products in our NG environment
  • Familiarity with Enovia Engineering and Solumina Shopfloor Systems
  • Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts.
  • Excellent leadership characteristics
  • Exposure/experience presenting to IPT leadership or government customer(s)
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and working with all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership
  • Experience working virtually and independently
Salary Range: $88,600 - $133,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
