Were seeking people with exceptional customer service skills, a knack for building rapport, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences in the travel and tourism industry. We’re also looking for:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong dedication to building rapport with customers and a repeat customer base.
  • Experience of achieving targets in a sales environment.
  • Creativity and adaptability to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment – no two days are ever the same.
  • Someone who is self-motivated and driven, taking pride in your work.
  • Flexibility and ability to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends.
