As a Machine Setup Operator Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in setting up and operating various machines in our manufacturing facility in Freeport, IL. You will be accountable for ensuring that the machines are set up correctly, running smoothly, and producing high-quality products. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be vital in maintaining production efficiency and meeting customer demands.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and youll work out of our Freeport, IL location.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the machines are set up accurately and running efficiently. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the operation of the machines will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate various machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal operation
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during machine operation
- Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
