Job Description
Responsabilities
a.Responsible for approving, controlling, monitoring and scheduling non-routine and deferred maintenance activities including MEL / CDL requirements.
Specific Functions (Delegated to Contracted AMO)
a.Ensure the stays over checks are completed once every 36 hours for each aircraft.
b.To coordinate servicing of these aircraft.
c.To closely monitor all MEL - MR2 defects, especially those with repair interval expiry and attend morning MR2 meetings, to highlight technical issues affecting the aircraft operations & to update the MR2 list.
d.Perform troubleshooting of maintenance problems and liaise with engineering support for scheduled repairs in the allocated turnaround time or defer the maintenance to a more appropriate time. e.Coordinate with flight operations for the maintenance, or deferral of maintenance, as appropriate. f.Track all aircraft during flight to determine their maintenance requirements, and status via AIRMAN or equivalent aircraft health monitoring software.
g.Coordinate maintenance at line stations as necessary and collect Technical Log pages and other reports (IFSDs, bird strikes, etc.)
h.Responsible for identifying and reporting all delays and cancellations of aircraft and will be a key player in the investigation and the solution to these delays.
i.To monitor AIRMAN / Aircraft health monitoring software and capture all repetitive faults and recommend for preventive maintenance.
j.Carry out defect analysis for AIRMAN / Aircraft health monitoring software repetitive faults tracking and troubleshooting suggestion and recommendation.
k.To liaise with Airbus, Reliability Team and Technical Services for all repetitive defects and components reliability issues.
l.To attend reliability meetings and follow up with recommendations of any preventive and corrective action.
