Bei der Firma Motorflug Baden-Baden GmbH ist ab dem 01.05.2025 einen Minijob als

Hausmeister (m/w/d)

zu besetzen.  

Aufgaben:

• Pflegerische Aufgaben
• Ausbesserungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
• Diverse handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
• Gewährleistung der Funktionsfähigkeiten von Innenbeleuchtung in den genutzten Bereichen wie Hausflur und Büros
• Reinigung und Pflege der Außenanlage
• Fahrdienst
• Sicherstellung der Hausordnung

Anforderungen:

• Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
• Kenntnisse über Haustechnik

Persönliche Fähigkeiten:

• Technisches Verständnis und Geschick
• Zuverlässigkeit
• Kommunikativ und freundlich
• Hilfsbereit
