We are looking for a Líder de Proyectos de Cabina to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.

This role is ideal for a strategic, collaborative, results-driven individual who understands how to plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor cabin retrofit and product selection projects while ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role serves as the primary coordination point among internal stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers, and business partners to ensure the successful implementation of cabin modernization and product enhancement programs. It also supports cross-functional decision-making, project governance, budget control, regulatory compliance, product standardization, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to delivering a consistent customer experience across the fleet.

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Engineering related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing project budgets.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier negotiations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing operational teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning.
  • Experience coordinating cabin interior incorporation and modernization projects (Line-fit and Retrofit).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, Fleet Planning, Revenue Management, and Operations.
  • Experience supporting business cases, project schedules, risk management, budgets, and project performance tracking.
  • Experience monitoring supplier, manufacturer, and internal stakeholder deliverables and project milestones.
  • Experience coordinating project meetings, documenting agreements, and ensuring timely closure of action items.
  • Experience monitoring project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Experience ensuring compliance with aviation documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience preparing executive reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project status updates.
  • Experience coordinating material and component availability for project execution.
  • Experience documenting lessons learned, best practices, and process improvements.

Skills to succeed:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Advanced knowledge of AMOS (preferred).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination abilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Effective budget monitoring and financial awareness.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
