JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR ROLE: In-flight Services Operations Officer
Youll be a key player in ensuring our inflight operations run smoothly and safely. Youll focus on promoting safety, managing catering, and maintaining operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional onboard experience.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Safety Advocate: Promote safety management systems, conduct training, and ensure a positive safety culture.
Catering Coordinator: Manage daily catering operations, including loading, unloading, and inventory checks.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor inflight equipment, ensure SOP compliance, and contribute to on-time performance (OTP).
Inventory Management: Conduct stock reports and ensure accurate inventory control.
Team Support: Assist with aircraft allocation, flight movements, and other operational tasks as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience: Bachelors degree (or equivalent), airline catering experience is a plus.
Safety Conscious: Understands and promotes safety regulations and best practices.
Detail-oriented: Meticulous in managing inventory and operational tasks.
Team Player: Works well with flight operations, catering, and cabin crew.
Problem Solver: Able to handle operational challenges and find effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications.
Physical Fitness: Fit and healthy to handle ramp operations.
Driving Skills: Valid driving license and ability to drive airside vehicles.
Military Service: Must have completed military service (for males).
