Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of Investor Relations to lead our investor communications and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current and prospective investors, enhancing the companys public image, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of financial spanets, corporate communications, and investor sentiment to effectively represent the company to the investment community.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or professional certifications (CFA, IR Certification, etc.) is a plus.
Experience:
At least 7-10 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications, with a proven track record of managing investor relationships and corporate financial communications.
Experience working with senior leadership and advising on strategy and financial matters.
Have a strong network
Deep understanding of financial spanets, valuation methodologies, and SEC regulations.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and concise messaging.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives, investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
