Job Objectives

  • To manage Operations of Airbus Helicopters (AH) in Indonesia, including Customer Support and MRO activities
  • To consolidate and move forward the integration of AH activities in the country

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Support, leading CSM, CLM and Tech Reps, to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve regional objectives.
  • Support AH fleet (80&43; aircraft) and maximize fleet availability in Indonesia, in collaboration with SSM team
  • Be the POC (Point of Contact) for critical customers in Indonesia
  • Implement Strategy set in the region for Indonesia, with processes, procedures and improvement projects.
  • Manage MRO center, and implement Dragon project if finally executed. In case of business transfer, ensure smooth operational transition to future MRO owner.
  • Ensure CEFO for Government Military (GovMil) and Civil are in place, and participate actively.
  • Approve offers and other requests following DoA.
  • Manage relationships with DGCA and Indonesian customers to ensure the highest safety standard is applied.
  • Manage the DGCA relationship for various quality approval such as Airbus pilot temporary license for ferry flight Ethics & Compliance
  • Ensure Airbus’s Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by all team members

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support AH Sales team with selling campaigns in South Asia, Procurement department for the procurement processes and industrializations of aero structures packages, and Services Programs and Services Sales to improve fleet availability of AH aircraft operated in the country (both Civil and GovMil) customers
  • Coordinate and align with AI, AH and ADS the activities performed in Indonesia.

  • Management of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to identify improvements opportunities and implement them
  • Knowledge of Airbus projects in the country (preferable)
  • Internal AH and external network (operators, partners, resellers) (preferable)
