Hammer Helper – $23.63/hr
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We are hiring a Hammer Helper to assist the Blacksmith and forging team with daily forging operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Pay: $23.63 per hour
Assignment Type: Temporary
Shift Options:
4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
Assist with forging operations and material handling
Move and position metal parts between furnace, hammer, and workstations
Rotate and position parts during hammer operations
Set up punches for hole punching and assist with equipment setup
Measure parts to ensure proper sizing
Operate overhead crane, forklift, or manipulators
Grind finished parts using power grinders
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
6–12 months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud industrial environment
Forklift or industrial equipment experience is a plus
