OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
In this role, you will support the flight operations team by assisting in flight planning, monitoring weather, coordinating with pilots and air traffic control, ensuring regulatory compliance, helping to optimize routes for safety and efficiency, and making real-time adjustments as neede
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Keep monitoring weather TAF/METAR & NOTAMS for the flight crew.
Take Flight Movement Info & Flight Monitor log for each aircraft
Coordinate with ATC and AOT for all successful jobs, and Load Control on Zero Fuel Weight updates
Assist FOO in Flight Crew Briefing Package preparation
Ensure all daily post-flight documents are compiled
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelors degree in Aviation, Airline Management, or a related field
Strong & dynamic working and able to work on shift.
Good Coordination and Communication with other departments.
Fluent written, spoken, and reading capability in English
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize workload.
Be able to work autonomously within a team environment.

Based on your performance and contribution in this role, you can advance to a Licensed Flight Dispatcher role with experience and certification. With further expertise, they may move into Senior Dispatcher or Operations Manager. Additional training and qualifications can open opportunities in aviation safety, regulatory roles, or airline management.
