Description:You will be the Facilities Representative - Level 2 for the Facilities Engineering team which is responsible for modernizing building management systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Facilities Representative - Level 2 you will be responsible for ensuring successful upgrades of control system componentry while supporting overall facility operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect controls installations to verify compliance with engineering and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance personnel during BMS upgrade projects.
- Provide training and support to boiler‑house staff on new system functionalities.
- Create Apogee and Desigo graphics within Siemens platforms.
- Develop and maintain PPCL programming to enable system modernization initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
- Siemens PXCM hardware and MBC hardware experience
- Familiarity with Siemens Apogee front end software
- Start-up experience commissioning mechanical, electrical and controls
- Yaskawa VFD knowledge
- Certified fiber optics installation/termination and testing technician
Desired Skills:
- Significant Siemens Desigo Experience
- Broad knowledge working in large scale Building Management System
- Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
