Assignment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $17.20/hour (negotiable)
Work Schedule (Monday–Friday):
Monday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Tuesday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility maintenance inside and outside of the building
Change light bulbs and complete minor building repairs
Identify maintenance needs proactively and address issues independently
Perform basic machine repairs and equipment upkeep
Monitor robotic machines (training and SOPs provided)
Communicate equipment outages and alerts effectively through chat and email
Support daily operations by ensuring equipment reliability
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of maintenance experience
Maintenance background with basic machine repair knowledge
Strong attention to detail and equipment monitoring
Ability to communicate clearly regarding outages and maintenance updates
Reliable transportation
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment
Basic PLC knowledge (troubleshooting support)
Ability to communicate across teams for troubleshooting coordination
Self-sufficient work style with strong problem awareness

Pay Details: $17.20 to $18.25 per hour
