Develop working relationships with assigned departments to implement Human Resources best practices that enable them to execute their people plans in order to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests related to the People Department.

  • Engage in departmental discussions and collaborate closely with department managers to gain insights into challenges and initiatives while ensuring the effective execution of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, statutory payments, taxation, discipline, and exit management.

  • Work in partnership with the CoE to ensure the effective development and execution of specialized HR programs and initiatives. This collaboration is essential for aligning HR strategies with business needs and ensuring that the organization leverages best practices in areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management, rewards and etc

  • Facilitate communication and promote understanding of People Department policies, processes, and initiatives.

  • Manage all disciplinary matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary cases, up to recommendations for action and Domestic Inquiry.

  • Oversee the Performance Management cycle and assist in managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

  • Verify job movements such as transfers, re-designations, promotions, salary adjustments, and resignations in a timely manner.

  • Analyze spanet rates, manage internal equity, and determine compensation packages for new hires as well as internal promotions/increments.

  • Handle all onboarding processes for new employees, including the collection of critical documents for work permit applications (both new and extensions for expatriates/foreigners).

  • Gather data and provide reports/information as required by business. This includes using analytics to identify key metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction indicators, and other relevant HR metrics that inform strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
