OVERVIEW:
YOUR ROLE AS A:
This role supports IT hardware, software, and daily operations, troubleshooting issues, managing assets, and ensuring system efficiency in Don Mueang Officer and other stations.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Provide hardware and software support for PCs, printers, telephone lines, network cables, and peripherals.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Set up, install, and configure hardware, software, and applications per user needs and company standards.
Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Manage IT assets, inventory, and maintenance.
Support daily IT operations across domestic, international branches, and headquarters.
Monitor and report operational performance, identifying and implementing improvements.
Handle incident and service requests, ensuring timely resolutions.
Collaborate with IT teams to streamline processes and enhance system functionality.
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in IT Support or a related role.
Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant or similar positions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive departmental issues with discretion.
Strong aptitude for working with computers and troubleshooting technical problems.
Good interpersonal skills with a strong team player mindset and a customer-centric approach.
Able to work as a shift rotation.
