The Email & Digital Content Planning Advisor will be responsible to enable a seamless email and digital content planning process.  The candidate’s primary responsibilities:  Intake of the email and digital content spaneting plan 60 to 150 days out; Management of day-to-day unplanned email and digital content activities; Primary liaison to support the enhancements to the MRM planning module and the development of performance metrics.  

The candidate must have strong communication skills, be highly organized, possess strong planning skills, ability to work under pressure as well as multitask, ability to interpret the business ask to define the requirements, and be able to maintain a relationship of trust with peers, superiors, and partners.

Responsibilities:

    Accountable to appraise spaneting planning brief to ensure completeness and accuracy. Manage individual campaigns at a global level to ensure that they are within the assigned resource management allocation.Manage unplanned activities, including last minute ad hoc requests to determine available resources on a day-to-day basis in a timely manner while ensuring additions are within resource management allocation. If not within allocation, liaise with our partner to rework the plan.  Responsible to work with the business lead to establish the resource management allocation to ensure maximum use of resources and continually manage resource allocation as per evolving business needs.  Subject Market expert, as well as the primary liaison to continue to develop and evolve the MRM system for planning module and reporting. Serve as point of contact to ensure all deployments are managed in a cohesive manner.  Ensure information is collected or communicated to the right stakeholders in a timely manner.Work with the Director and Senior Managers to define the business requirements to build email and digital content system performance metrics.  
Qualifications

    3+ years of relevant experience.Highly organized and structured; Comfort and ease with matrix organizationStrong leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, good listener.A team player with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/requests coming from competing stakeholders and to align day-to-day responsibilities in a wider context.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment.  Comfortable working independently and within a team environment assisting colleagues whenever possible.Strong spaneting planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Practical knowledge of digital mediums including email and digital channelsDemonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
