Assist the production team with work orders and parts sorting, ensuring the larger client orders are organized and managed efficiently. The role involves updating the AS400 system to reduce the work order backlog and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Work with the production team to sort parts needed for orders.
• Update AS400 to reduce the work order backlog.
• Organize and stage parts.
• Sort and file work orders associated with parts.
• Update and maintain records in AS400.
• Close work orders in AS400 when parts are organized.
• Review and audit closed work orders for discrepancies.
• Generate reports as needed.

• Proficiency in data entry.
• Experience working in a shipping/receiving role and updating ERP systems.
• Preferred experience with AS400, though any ERP experience is acceptable.
• Experience working in a production environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to produce a birth certificate to satisfy client export controls.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime. The production environment is not climate controlled, and noise levels can range from quiet to extremely loud.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
