We are looking for a Digital Performance Executive who will join us to cover maternity leave - taking ownership of our key performance channels, including Display, Metasearch, PPC, and Affiliates, and being responsible for driving efficient traffic growth and boosting bookings through expertly executed campaigns.
In this role, you’ll be managing and optimising our digital acquisition channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that align with our commercial objectives. You’ll work closely with trading, marketing, and other functions to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and ensure our activity is both efficient and impactful.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We are looking for an experienced digital performance marketer who has delivered growth in PPC, Metasearch, Affiliates and Display in a commercial ecommerce environment, and has an understanding of automated bid management platforms such as SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo.
You’ll be confident with analysing data, making informed decisions, and delivering results – and you’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build effective relationships both internally and externally.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
