HIRING DIESEL MECHANICS IN DENVER, CO
In this position, your responsibilities will include the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel engines and ground support equipment. Your skills and expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the dependability and optimal performance of our equipment, contributing to the smooth operation of our activities.
PAY: $31.00HR - $35.00HR (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
SHIFT: 1ST OR 3RD SHIFT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and ground support equipment.
- This position requires you to be able to work part of each day in the Colorado elements, with approximately 30 of your time spent outdoors.
- Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Perform inspections to detect and address potential issues proactively.
- Replace or repair defective parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Execute preventive maintenance to enhance the longevity and dependability of equipment.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standards to maintain a secure workplace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience maintaining/repairing diesel engines and/or ground support equipment.
- Must have experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Experienced with using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Must own set of tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $35.00/hr.
