DescriptionJob overview and responsibilities
Our Digital Operations Center is constantly working to enhance the experience of our customers across our Digital Channels, based on data-driven analytics and timely and accurate reports. In order to do so, we rely on a great team of highly skilled Analysts that work hand-in-hand with business units across the organization in a fast-paced environment to provide them with actionable business intelligence to be used in making our Digital Channel offerings even more robust and reliable.
• Develop and maintain applications using TypeScript/JavaScript and node.js and Python.
• Work with AWS Cloud services (Lambda, ECS, S3, SNS/SQS, KMS, Kinesis, Flink etc.) to design and deploy solutions.
• Contribute to backend systems using Scala and SQL for data processing and storage.
• Design and integrate data pipelines for analytics and operational workflows.
• Apply software design principles to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshooting, bug fixing, problem-solving
• Observability, Quantum Metric, Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions.
• Contribute to AI/ML projects, building and deploying models into production

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
• Bachelors degree required
• Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Uniteds policies is required
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• 4+ Typescript/javascript
• 3+ AWS cloud
• 3+ scala, python
• Strong data analysis, Design principles, integrating data pipelines and Troubleshooting and bug fixing, problem solving skills
• Advance SQL skills working with Enterprise Data Warehouses (AWS Redshift, Postgres, Google BigQuery)
• Strong understanding of the HTTP stack and lifecycle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship.
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
• MBA preferred
• AI/ML (hands on good to have)
• Experience working with Quantum Metric and/or Dynatrace a plus.
