Job Description:

Support dnata Commercial & Business Development department by engaging B2B customers and internal/external stakeholders through comprehensive communication campaigns under the direction of the Manager Commercial and with the support of Group Corporate Communication, Marketing & Brand. 


Job Outline:



  • Plan


- Design, plan and implement communication campaigns mapped to the different customer segments and stakeholders.
- Personalise customer engagement through campaigns management.



  • Deploy


- Manage outbound communication by sourcing contents in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and deliver critical business communication through different channels in line with Corporate Communication strategy.



  • Lead


- Develop any required marketing support as per the department strategy and in cooperation with Corporate Communication department to continuously promote our product offering demonstrating dnata as a leader in the industry.
- Apply standards and requirements as per the brand guidelines.



  • Execute


- Support internally the NPS/Customer survey communication to drive high responses and customers advocacy. 
- Manage customers engagement and invitation to corporate events, support on site as required.
- Track expenditure associated with activities, ensuring costs are within budget and escalating any variances as appropriate.
- Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with all relevant information pertaining to campaign management.
- Support the department with responses to tenders as and when required.



Job Requirements:

Airport Operations.


Other : 
Qualifications and skills: - Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)


Proficiency in English, written and oral


Excellent verbal and written communication abilities


Strong organisational and multi tasking skills


Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software


Customer-oriented approach


Experience: - Experience in a communication/marketing role, ideally in a global organisation
