Due to the exciting expansion within our Etihad Cargo Division, we are adding team members to join our Cargo team. In this role, you will maintain partnerships with other airlines to enhance the Etihad network with incremental capacity on existing routes, capacity access to new routes, increased volume contribution and load factor on existing capacity, with reduced overall cost.
The candidate will be responsible for the administration and system implementation of new commercial agreements in the form of interline, block space agreements and joint freighter operations to deliver the Etihad partnerships strategy and revenue target.
Accountabilities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including commercial team and revenue management to identify and implement new interline agreements to generate incremental revenue either from access to additional capacity or incremental volume feed onto Etihad capacity.
• Follow-up on agreed rates and capacity with the partnership airline that ensure the agreement is effective.
• Support the line manager in gathering market data in relation to the ever-changing markets, and interline agreements with our partnerships on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Track and monitor interline agreement revenue performance and conduct regular interline agreement review and renewals to ensure optimum portfolio of interline agreement.
• Follow-up service level agreements with partner capacity to deliver high service level consistency and performance manage partner service delivery through regular reviews.
• Work closely with revenue accounts to ensure interline billing and revenue reporting is at all times accurate and any problems are resolved quickly.
Requirements & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably business or transport management related
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field
