An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice in FOD management (M/F)&34; has just opened within Operations Aviation Safety and Quality directorate on Marignane site.
You will join the Operations Aviation Safety and Quality directorate, in charge of Operations Compliance and Performance
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last ideally 3 years. This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
This apprenticeship will consist in:
Airbus Helicopters defined very high level of Aviation Safety standards to reach our ambition by 2028.
FOD standard is one of them. We developped this standard several years ago at Corporate level, then we launched its implementation worldwide in all our metiers.
It covers:
- the process itself
- the relative network
- the improvement action plan
- the indicators;
- it is interfaced with other activities such as: the SMS (Safety Management System), the regulation (DOA, POA, MOA apporvals), the Safetu culture program, ...
This FOD program includes: Foreign Object, Foreign Object debris and Foreign Object Damage.
We are today at a point where we want to accelerate.
You will support the FOD manager in all his tasks, contributing to set the standards, raise the bar of our Safety culture, measure the performance, ...
Skills & Prerequisites:
You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of Aeronautics or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 ans
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Good relationship
- Employee engagement
- Rigor
Language skills:
English: fluent
French: fluent
Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted.
The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
