Job Title: Fabricator
Job Description
The Fabricator works under the general direction of the Production Supervisor and daily direction of a Multi-process Cell Leader with limited supervision. This role involves performing multiple fabrication tasks in an assigned team, project, or functional area within a full-scale production manufacturing operation. Tasks include routine and repetitive fabrication, mechanical assembly, and quality assurance processes following established methods, policies, and procedures.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with machinist skills, CNC, vertical/horizontal mills, set-up, manual Bridgeport mill/lathe, and CNC setup.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and integrity while working to close tolerance levels of +/- .010 to .030.
- Experience in aerospace sheet metal fabrication is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of numbers including decimals and fractions.
- Experience with adjustable measuring instruments such as calipers, protractors, and scales is strongly preferred.
- Experience with machines such as Trumpf brake, Versun press, and HAAS is strongly preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
