Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time. This is a 1st shift position.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. This position is for the CCA Assembly team. An Electrical Assembler assembles electronic components, assemblies, subassemblies and modules by working from samples, visual aids, prints, wiring lists and diagrams, routing instructions and process sheets using appropriate tooling and machinery. Assembles parts using fasteners in the build-up of electronic assemblies. Verifies results to ensure conformance with requirements and performs rework as needed. Performs electronic assembly operations such as wire termination, and installation of wire harness, cable assemblies, relays, transformers, capacitors, resistors or other electronic components.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High School diploma or GED
1+ years of experience as an assembler

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Computer literacy
IPC J-STD-001 certified

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952
