Job Title: CMM Programmer
Job Description
Seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our Machining Operations Center in Orlando, FL. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our manufactured and procured parts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and review quality standards, methods, work instructions, and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured parts.
- Design fixtures, determine probes, and program CMM machines.
- Implement new inspection processes and automation methods.
- Utilize lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement.
- Support senior CMM programmers in developing ultra-precision processes.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in GD&T with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in generating inspection processes and programming CMMs.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications for the development of quality standards.
- Knowledge of CMM programming software such as Zeiss Calypso.
- Completion of the Zeiss Basic course.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Completion of Zeiss Advanced and Curve/Free Form courses is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment
1st shift 4x10 hour schedule with Fridays and Weekends scheduled off, in a climate-controlled environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $51.11 - $51.11/hr.
