We are seeking a skilled Cable Harness Technician to perform bench-type processes in completing mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies. This role requires using both hand tools and electric tooling to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Perform wire cutting, twisting, crimping, soldering, splicing, and inserting operations.
• Conduct in-process inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Build wire harnesses ensuring compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Route and secure wire harnesses within vehicle assemblies, following engineering documentation.
• Conduct electrical continuity tests and inspections to identify and resolve issues.

• Proficiency in cable assembly.
• Experience in assembling wiring harnesses in compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Ability to route and secure wire harnesses within vehicle assemblies according to engineering documentation.
• Skill in conducting electrical continuity tests and inspections.

• Experience with hand tools and electric tooling for mechanical and electrical assemblies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Van Nuys, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
