• The Electronics Assembler will perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations on electronic components, subassemblies, and final products in a lab-based, ESD-controlled environment.
• The role supports aerospace and defense-related projects, involving precision assembly, soldering, testing, and calibration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products
• Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Conduct hand soldering on electronic assemblies
• Use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, soldering irons, wrenches, etc.)
• Work with RF and electronic test/calibration equipment (preferred)
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards
• Troubleshoot basic assembly and circuit issues (preferred advanced skill)
• Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain clean, organized ESD-safe work environment
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings

• High School Diploma or GED required OR associate degree (2-year) with relevant experience
• 4+ years of relevant assembly experience OR  2-year technical degree + 0–2 years’ experience

Core Skills:

• Mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Hand soldering experience
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination

Preferred Skills:

• IPC-610 / J-STD-001 certification
• RF/electronics background (circuit-level understanding)
• Experience with calibration and test equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers)
• Ability to troubleshoot RF/digital circuits
• Experience in ESD-controlled lab environments
