Job Title: Assembly Operator
Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic assembly team to contribute to the manufacturing of innovative and sensitive electrical systems such as PCB boards, circuit boards, cameras, and more. Utilize various tools like gages, calipers, and soldering irons to ensure precision and quality. Play a critical role in software integration for smart phone controllers.
Responsibilities
- Assemble small, complex mechanical components and maintain high precision.
- Ensure cleanliness and lack of dust in PCBs.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations and production areas.
- Communicate ideas and problems effectively to technicians and engineers.
- Execute tests with specialized fixtures and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rework electronics or complex mechanical assemblies.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in assembling small, complex mechanical components.
- Experience with or willingness to learn soldering.
- Ability to follow assembly documentation and execute instructions with accuracy.
- Comfortable with mandatory overtime on weekdays and Saturdays.
- Prior manufacturing experience with circuit boards, cameras, flexes, or other sensitive systems.
- Ability to operate precision measuring equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Building hardware product experience.
- Electronics manufacturing experience.
- IT or manufacturing background.
- Nice to have: Assembly production associates experience.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) production experience.
- Experience in assembly repair, testing, troubleshooting, circuit board, circuit assembly, soldering, and electromechanical assembly.
- Trainable, coachable, and reliable.
- Approachable to feedback.
- Interest and passion in world-class drone manufacturing.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50/hr.
