About the RoleWe’re looking for reliable, hands‑on team members to support our assembly and shipping operations. Whether youre assembling small components or assisting with packing and shipping, this role offers steady work in a clean, comfortable, air‑conditioned facility.

What You’ll Do- Assemble small electronic products such as transponders and beacons.
- Use hand tools (like screwdrivers) to attach parts, install batteries, place PC boards, and run wiring.
- Assist with packing and shipping finished goods.
- Perform basic inventory updates during 2nd shift (simple computer use required).
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure high‑quality output.
What We’re Looking For- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly.
- Basic electrical or mechanical assembly skills.
- Ability to follow written work instructions (English).
- Comfortable using hand tools.
Nice to Have- Soldering experience.
- Warehouse or production experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control or quality checking.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
