Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée Apprenti(e) en Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Architecture (h/f) vient de s&39;ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Toulouse. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de ~25 personnes au sein du département OMBB en charge de l’Architecture industrielle des FALs (Final Assembly Lines).

Cet apprentissage consistera à: Piloter et / ou contribuer aux projets d&39;amélioration dans les FAL pour soutenir l&39;accélération des cadences de production

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 3 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités: 

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

● Développer les méthodes et les solutions (digital ou non), adaptés aux équipes opérationnelles 

● Créer les tableaux de bord permettant le suivi des opérations pluridisciplinaires

● Convaincre et accompagner les équipes opérationnelles dans l’utilisation des solutions

Proposer des idées innovantes d&39;amélioration du système industriel en regard de la performance mesurée.

● Archiver la performance réalisée, les décisions prises, afin de consolider la connaissance pour nos futures projects

● Explorer le comportement du système FAL via la création de techniques de simulation  

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC &43;5 dans le domaine du Génie industriel  pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

● Manufacturing engineering general 

● Industrial Assembly process and Tolerance management principles

● Industrial system engineering 

● Industrial Designer

● Process performance engineering 

● Modelisation, simulation (Anylogic..) 

● software development code: Python, Java 

● intelligence artificielle (Prompting, ..)

Soft skills :

Curiosité, humilité et honnêteté, ouverture d&39;esprit et créativité. 

● Compétences linguistiques : 

Anglais : négociation 

Français : négociation 

Allemand: intermediaire (est un plus )

Vous serez en collaboration avec différents acteurs, en France et en Allemagne. Vous devez être très à l&39;aise avec votre niveau d&39;anglais, il est utilisé dans les échanges quotidiens par téléphone, visio ou en présentiel.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

L’étude des candidatures est réalisée par un recruteur.

An apprenticeship offer entitled &34;Apprentice Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Architecture (M/F)&34; has just opened within Airbus Operations on Toulouse site. 

You will join a team of ~25 people called “OMBB” department in charge of  industrial Architecture of FALs (Final Assembly Lines)  

This apprenticeship will consist in: Drive and / or contribute to improvement projects in FAL to support production ramp-up objectives. 

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2026 and will last 3 years. 

Tasks and responsibilities: 

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

● Developing methods and solutions (digital or otherwise) tailored to operational teams 

● Create dashboards for monitoring multidisciplinary operations

● Convincing and supporting operational teams in the use of solutions

Propose innovative ideas for improving the industrial system in relation to the performance measured.

● To archive the performance achieved and the decisions made, in order to consolidate knowledge for our future projects.

● Explore the behaviour of the FAL system by creating simulation techniques.

Skills & Prerequisites: 

You will integrate a BAC&43; 5 level training in the field of industrial engineering or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

● Manufacturing engineering general 

● Industrial Assembly process and Tolerance management principles

● Industrial system engineering 

● Industrial Designer

● Process performance engineering 

● Modelisation, simulation (Anylogic..)
