Job Description:

Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Maintain backlog delivery schedule, pricing, updates, and changes to customer delivery schedules
  • Realize potential for process improvements for the entire MES and RR network, implement and document changes, provide trainings if necessary and ensure smooth routine
  • Purchase materials as required to include: issuing purchase orders, sourcing new suppliers/products, if needed, de-sourcing suppliers as needed and utilizing existing systems to develop and monitor performance toward goals
  • Establish Min/Max, Vendor Lead Time, and inventory stock levels
  • Responsible for inventory management, procurement of materials and for assigning work, monitoring the schedules of employees, and controlling overtime in the department

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications: 

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • MS Office as user
  • Application-specific knowledge of IT systems for materials management and control such as SAP
  • Excellent business sense
