Job Summary
Raytheon is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Product Line team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.
In this highly visible role, you’ll be a member of the Product Line Team, and as the Supply Chain Manager you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the programs Integrated Product Team. You’ll create and execute Material Product Strategies and Material Product Plans to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure.
This will be an onsite role at one of our locations in Tucson, AZ, Tewksbury, MA, Andover, MA, or McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do:
Financial management (i.e., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, material sales forecasts, etc.)
Overall ownership of the supplier management process (i.e., Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, Small Business plan development and execution, metrics, international issues, develop/evaluate the Make-Buy/Make-Where strategy, the Collaborative Agreement process, etc.), and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM)
Developing and executing material product strategies
Managing product purchase/subcontract requirements
Creating and tracking key product area performance metrics
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Experience within supply chain and related systems, procurement, MRP, receiving, cost estimating, and/or finance
Experience with Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, and/or Power Point)
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required. https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Qualifications We Prefer:
Previous planning skills for both short-term requirements and long-term opportunities
Experience in managing requirements to a schedule and budget
Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
Experience coordinating strategies and manage tactical execution
Experience with PRISM/SAP
Raytheon or similar Six Sigma certification
Previous experience working with senior levels of leadership – both internal and external
Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract management
Negotiation experience
Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
