Job Description
Responsibilities:- Promote and enforce the Safety Management System (SMS) to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety policies, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day station operations, ensuring service excellence in alignment with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory requirements, including safety, security, crisis, and emergency procedures.
- Manage outsourced operational activities and monitor ground handling performance to maintain service standards.
- Foster relationships with government and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize payload management for safe, efficient, and on-time departures.
- Supervise guest service operations, ensuring compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam regulations and company standards.
- Oversee budget and cost control for station operations.
- Handle guest complaints and coordinate corrective actions with ground handlers.
Qualifications:- Minimum 10 years’ experience in ground operations, with a strong understanding of aviation management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in outsourced operational management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety procedures, and airport operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
