Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements for Audio and Video Conferencing Services for GE Aerospace and its collocated tenants at GE Global Research in Niskayuna, NY.
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
• Provide preventative maintenance and high availability of all Conference spaces. Run the operations efficiently through the adoption of Lean/ITIL Processes to ensure timely meeting starts and robust service quality.
• Work with global Aerospace technical product teams for adopting best practices while also leveraging respective agreements and maintain technology consistency across the Org.
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
• Work with OEM Partners to keep the technology up to date and as per the needs of the Business .
• Work with cross functional teams for Meeting rooms / Spaces implementation and Management
• Manage budgets for Operations and Projects
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected
Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in critical IT Audio and Video Conferencing Services
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
- This is an on-site position where you must be in the office daily.

- AV related , PMP and ITIL certifications is a plus
Note:
The salary range for this position is $107,500-$179,200. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.
