Sr Manager, Rewards & Performance
Job Summary:
The Senior Rewards & Performance Manager is responsible for designing and overseeing the company’s compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies. This role ensures that reward programs remain competitive, align with business objectives, and drive a high-performance culture. The position also collaborates with Group teams to monitor salary benchspaning implementation while driving continuous improvements in total rewards and performance-linked incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees in alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of salary benchspaning results provided by the Group.
- Oversee payroll execution, including coordination with third-party providers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
- Design and review compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with labor laws, tax policies (PPH 21, Annual SPT), and statutory benefits (BPJS, social security, insurance).
- Manage the administration of HRIS systems, employment contracts, and employee records to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure all compensation, benefits, and mobility policies remain updated and aligned with business needs.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement pay-for-performance programs, including merit increases, incentive plans, and retention strategies.
- Align rewards frameworks with performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
- Design structured recognition and engagement programs that enhance employee experience and motivation.
- Track OKRs and KPIs related to compensation, benefits, and performance to ensure continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements in rewards and performance strategies to align with future workforce needs.
Qualifications & Experience:- Proven experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management, preferably within a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
- Strong understanding of salary benchspaning, total rewards frameworks, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide strategic insights to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
